We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Sr. Business Development Representative to join our team at Abacus IT! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with potential clients, and promoting our managed IT services. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely in a hybrid setup.

Business Development Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in our target markets
- Hunting/Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Manage all stages of the pipeline and track sales activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and positioning our services as the solution.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments developing and documenting our sales process
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
