Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Development & Strategic manager to lead the development and success of partnerships and business development of Adtech.

The role thrives at the intersection of advertising, data, technology, and agency relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Explore and execute new ad campaign deals.

* Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g. product, engineering, marketing, operations, project management, legal) to ensure partnerships are effectively utilized across the organization.

* Establish and maintain relationships with Ad Agencies. Owns relationships with decision makers at agency holding company and operating company levels, in order to successfully build and maintain a steady flow of ad sales pipelines.

* Deep understanding in ad tech and HP's value proposition and effectively articulate that value to our clients.

* Strategically partner with adtech vendors (e.g. DSPs, SSPs, Ad servers, etc.), ad measurement and identity companies, third-party data vendors, and more

* Develop strategic partnerships with publishers, media companies, and more.

* Lead dialogue with sales leadership, with major clients about their media insights needs and opportunities.

* Manage complex customer relationships and initiatives with considerable impact, act as a trusted advisor on an external and internal level.

* Negotiate complex partnership contracts.

* Work with internal product solution team together to further develop HP's ad offerings.

Education & Experience Required:

* Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business, Advertising, Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

* Minimum 10+ years of work experience, preferably in an adtech or advertising sales industry.

* Experiences in ad sales, buying, and account management.

* Background in brands, agencies, advertising technology companies.

* Highly self-motivated with get it done mentality.

* Distinctive problem-solving and data-driven analysis skills, combined with sound business judgment.

* Excellent relationship management skills.

* Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.

* Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

* Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects.

* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

The base pay range for this role is $137,000 to $200,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
