Job Description:
Lead customer impact assessment for issues and business operations/production events. Drive risk assessment of potential new remediation and redress projects, partnering with Product, Analytics, Operations, Finance, Risk, Control, Legal, Compliance and other partners (including Customer Remediation COE and Redress Office). Partner with stakeholders including business owners in identifying and implementing the necessary corrective actions or enhancement to manage current customer impact and prevent future customer impact. Provide Point of Contact support throughout the lifecycle of remediation and redress projects: intake, root cause analysis, strategy/scope, population identification, data validation, execution planning and monitoring, QA or validation, and financial accruals/adjustment. Be the point of contact for stakeholders for Customer Remediation/ Redress projects, incl. meeting representation, routine management, roadblock removal, concern escalation, documentation, reviews.
