Job Responsibilities

• Develop and track the execution of annual release forecasting plans in partnership with leadership.
• Introduce and maintain procedural excellence to enhance operational strategies and business innovation.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess and improve the health of services, deployments, and releases.
• Engage in strategic/ad-hoc analysis and problem-solving sessions to foster creativity and improve delivery efficiency.
• Mentor team members and manage onboarding practices to promote technical excellence and team cohesion.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a related IT role, with strong experience in project management and agile methodologies.
• Experience in mobile release management and knowledge of mobile platforms (i.e., iOS, Android, App Store, Play Store).
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, drive innovation, and effectively prioritize workstreams.
