About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Recruiter as part of the Early Careers, Talent Acquisition Team. This role will be responsible for leading the full cycle recruiting process for early career MBA candidates aligned to strategic business needs across the enterprise.In this role, you will:Plan and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract, recruit and hire MBA early career talent (summer associates and full-time associates) for a business area(s)/functional group(s)Execute end-to-end early career recruiting cycle from attraction through to onboardingBuild and maintain strong relationships externally with university partners and relevant student organizationsDeliver a white-glove candidate experience throughout all phases of the recruitment process, including providing timely status updates and answering questionsPlan the selection process for your business area(s)/functional group(s), including aligning competencies to assess and identifying interviewer needsConsult with early careers leadership team and business stakeholders on strategic initiatives related to the current and future staffing needs of the business and develop the recruiting/sourcing strategies to meet those needsReview candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers aligned to hiring criteria such as skills, knowledge and abilitiesOrganize branding and recruiting events such as presentations, on-site visits, networking sessions and interview super daysComplete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirementsDemonstrate a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and teamsEngage business and functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectivesIdentify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plansPartner with other early career recruiters to exchange talent and leverage candidate pool to meet business demand globallyRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:2+ years experience with early careers MBA recruiting or MBA associate program managementExperience within diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and diversity candidate sourcingExperience building relationships with stakeholders on campus and conducting on campus events to develop candidate poolKnowledge and understating of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirementsExperience consulting and influencing peers, leaders, and business partnersExperience delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience for internal and external candidates throughout hiring and onboarding processExperience recruiting for multiple job openings simultaneouslyStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsKnowledge and understanding of recruiting Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Workday and Beamery preferredExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong risk management and compliance skillsJob Expectations:Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locationsAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipRelocation assistance not available for this positionPosting Location(s):150 E 42nd St. New York City, NY401 S Tryon St. Charlotte, NC#HRJobsPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
