Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping: Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties in assigned areas. Ensure trash removal and other related tasks.
- Safety: Utilize protective gear and adhere to safety guidelines. Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
- Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively and cooperate with supervisor, co-workers, and client staff.
- Resident Experience: Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
- Utilize leadership skills to accomplish tasks without supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and perform routine tasks continuously.
- Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies.
- Live in the service area.
