Job DetailsJob LocationLong Island City - Long Island City, NYPosition TypeFull-Time Non-ExemptSalary Range$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Salary/yearJob ShiftDayDescriptionTitle: Senior Case Manager Unit: Women Rising / Family Services Reports to: Program Supervisor Status: Full Time; Regular; Non-ExemptSalary Range: $27.48 to $30.22 (approximately $50,000 to $55,000 annually)Location: Long Island CityDays/Hours: Varies: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, 11:30pm-7:30pm (Subject to change depending on program needs)Position Summary:The Senior Case Manager will be responsible for case management duties, facilitating women's parenting workshops and overseeing the day-to-day program operations for the Women Rising Program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with program intake and assessments.
- Perform general case management duties, including individual sessions with clients enrolled in parenting.
- Assist clients in identifying and prioritizing needs;provide internal and external referrals.
- Facilitate women's groups using evidence-based curriculum.
- Oversee program planning and implementation.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all information into the agency's database.
- Maintain and compile accurate data; and submit monthly/quarterly reports.
- Develop and maintain optimum collaboration among departments/programs and external agencies.
- Participate and conduct meetings and conferences.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
- Perform other related duties as required.
QualificationsQualifications:
- 1+ year Case Management experience.
- High School Diploma or GED/HSE required; Some College preferred.
- Strong Computer skills and Data Entry skills.
- Strong Assessment and Engagement skills.
- Strong Written and Verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Experience and commitment to working with mandated participants with criminal justice involvement.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
