GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Land Development CAD Designer for our growing Orlando and Jacksonville, Florida offices. A successful candidate is one who uses engineering principles, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other softwares to design and develop plans for civil infrastructure projects.Job Duties:
- Prepare plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Participates in technical studies, design, preparation of specifications, and technical plans.
- Filling out and completing permit applications for processing.
- Construction administration support including field observation reports.
General Characteristics
- Interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates assignments for the production of midsize to large projects.
Minimum Years of Experience
Education
- Associate Degree from an accredited Technical School or equivalent experience.
Certification/Licensure
Technical Responsibilities
- Lead and manage tasks to successful completion for time, budget, schedule, and quality.
