Apply today and take your career to the next level!Position OverviewThe Senior Civil Engineer will lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception through completion. This role involves designing and overseeing the construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations. The candidate will also be responsible for business development and generating new clients in the area.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead civil engineering projects including design, planning, and management.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and project bids.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
  • Foster relationships with clients and engage in business development activities.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and other design software for project planning and execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Oregon and/or California required.
  • 8+ years of Civil Engineering experience (3+ years of post-P.E. experience required).
  • Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment, stormwater management, and distribution systems.
  • Background working with roads, bridges and other structures a plus.
  • Experience in project management and sales/business development or consulting.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering design tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Pay/Benefits
  • Strong Pay ($85K - $130K)
