- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- PE Registration in California, or the ability to obtain CA registration within 1 year, if relocating from another state with a PE.
- 10+ years of experience in the civil engineering field.
Job Description:
- Fundamental experience as a project engineer, responsible for producing final design products and conducting study analyses for water resource projects.
- Effective communication skills with both staff and internal/external clients.
- Strong organizational, time management, and budget management skills.
- Proven track record of project successes, evidenced by repeat business from one or more clients
- Client relationships are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Consideration will be given to candidates outside our area willing to relocate.
Desired, but not mandatory, additional capabilities include expertise in:
- Potable water treatment, infrastructure design, and master planning.
- Wastewater collection design and master planning.
- Stormwater system design and master planning.
- Flood control, dam/reservoir, irrigation facility studies, and designs.
