Senior Client Service Associate - Seattle, WA
Job Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to advisory teams in their daily business practices.
- Own account maintenance items for new and existing clients, including collecting client-specific information, prepping and obtaining appropriate documentation, and facilitating accurate and timely processing with our custodians.
- Communicate with clients as needed to verify instructions, next steps, and timelines.
- Work cross-functionally with investment and accounting teams to ensure clients' needs are being met.
- Gather, input, and maintain key client information in our CRM and reporting systems.
- Follow internal and external procedures to adhere to regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, business-related preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in operations or administration within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with our custodians, Schwab and Fidelity, and Salesforce a plus.
- Time management and organizational skills with an emphasis on managing multiple responsibilities and adapting to changing priorities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and desire to streamline and enhance processes.

This role is an in-office and full-time position in our Seattle office with flexibility for a hybrid schedule.
