- Bachelor's degree in finance or a business-related field
- 5+ years of experience in a client service role, preferably within financial services
- Series 65 license (or a willingness to pursue additional certifications)
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- A strong passion for financial services, with exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- A keen eye for detail, especially when maintaining client data and preparing reports
- Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable, able to work independently and deliver results
- Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- A background in HR or compliance is a plus

- Supporting client meetings by preparing reports and maintaining client files and documentation
- Proactively maintaining regular client contact through the CRM system and managing day-to-day client needs
- Leading the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth experience
- Assisting the operations team with quarterly billing and administrative processes
- Utilizing the CRM system to help balance workload across multiple clients and keep client information accurate and up-to-date
