We're Looking For a Senior Cloud Engineer - AWS!

Our Team is looking for someone who has a passion for building cloud applications. As a Senior Cloud Engineer - AWS, you will be extremely customer-focused and will be doing Assessments, solution architecture and implementation, growing InRhythm's consulting business. You will collaborate with all stakeholders including executives, decision-makers, and hands on contributors.

We work with cutting-edge technology, design thinking, and agile methodologies to develop vibrant solutions from the ground up. Together we create applications and platforms in ways that deliver superior products and challenge the status quo through high-velocity engineering and expert design to help our clients execute their modern digital road maps.

At InRhythm, you will…

• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise on cloud architecture, design, development, deployment, and operation
• Identify and assess client needs, challenges, and opportunities, and propose innovative and cost-effective cloud solutions
• Mentor and coach junior cloud consultants and engineers, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in the cloud domain, and share knowledge and insights with internal and external audiences
• Support business development activities, such as proposal writing, presentation delivery, and contract negotiation including working with partner
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, business owners, and technical teams

What you bring to the table:

• At least 7 years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 3 years of experience in AWS cloud consulting.
• Experience with cloud AWS cost optimization assessments.
• Experience implementing cloud-based solutions in various industries
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification is a must have.
• Nice to have - AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS Security Certification
• Proficient in cloud-native technologies, such as containers, microservices, serverless, DevSecOps, CI/CD, etc.
• Proficient in infrastructure & operations, such as Active Directory, networking, storage management, performance tuning, capacity planning, IT budgeting
• Proficient in security & compliance frameworks such as NIST and compliance/policy as code
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver high quality solutions across multi-disciplinary teams
• Certifications in one or more cloud platforms or technologies are preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally & collaborate within teams
• Demonstrated ability to work with a partner ecosystem.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree
• Location: Remote with Travel

• Take initiative to explore, evangelize, and represent InRhythm at events, conferences and speaking engagements that help increase our brand recognition and improve our Cloud Engineers' knowledge and aid our customers.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and Practice Area Heads in defining long-term organizational strategies, processes and roadmaps.
