Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and maintaining commercial kitchenequipment, plumbing, and performing general maintenance. Refrigeration knowledge is a plus.This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a willingnessto help in all areas of maintenance when needed.Key Responsibilities:• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of commercial kitchen equipment toensure optimal functionality and safety.• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes andimplementing effective solutions in a timely manner.• Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components, including electrical,mechanical, and plumbing systems.• Install new equipment according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring properalignment, connectivity, and operational efficiency.• Maintain accurate records of service, parts usage, and equipment status for reporting.• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site or in the workshop.• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate repairs, parts orders, and serviceschedules.Qualifications:• Proven experience as a Sr Commercial Kitchen Service Technician or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced service environment.• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including but not limited to gas andelectric appliances, HVAC systems, and plumbing fixtures, and refrigeration.• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, andelectronic systems.• Familiarity with reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with teammembers.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough documentation andefficient service delivery.• Completion of technical school program in HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, or related field.
Education and Certification:• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical school program in HVAC,electrical, refrigeration, or a related field is required.
• Relevant certifications such as CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment ServiceAssociation), EPA, or similar credentials are a plus

Compensation All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.Pay Range for this position
