We continue to grow and are always looking for the right people to join our team. #TeamPSBT Our Senior Community Banking Managers actively seek opportunities to expand relationships focusing on the financial needs of all areas of the community while promoting the PSBT brand. They Mentor, develop and coach staff to deliver PSBT mission and values - exceeding customer expectations; effectively counsel clients, providing needs-based financial solutions and are capable of supporting clients in-person or virtually. Essential Duties:
  • Maintains expert knowledge of Bank's consumer deposit and loan product offerings and is well-versed in business deposit and cash management services.
  • Effectively engages and advises customers in person and/or virtually in order to attract, retain, and grow relationships.
  • Assists clients with deposit accounts and ancillary service selections in line with their needs, opening them in a timely manner. Independently handles complex business account openings with ease.
  • Proactively identifies and is able to source, process, and close consumer loans and residential portfolio mortgages.
  • Collaborates with internal partners to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial services including Wealth Management, Cash Management, and Merchant Processing.
  • Leads, coaches, develops, and provides additional training to staff in customer relationship development and support.
  • Professionally represents the bank in the community, including volunteering and/or serving on non-profit boards and committees. Actively engages with the public at events to promote financial literacy and the bank's products and services.
  • Routinely performs networking and outbound sales calling to drive retail business opportunities to the branch and region.
  • Implements strategies to achieve goals developed for the office and region as part of the Retail Banking Division's annual operating plan.
  • Provides branch oversight in conjunction with Assistant Branch Manager in practice of procedures and policies. Keeps up-to-date on changing banking regulations to ensure staff compliance.
  • Capable of assisting with operational duties of the branch, including processing transactional activities as needed.
  • Quickly and independently resolves customer and staff issues with diplomacy.
  • May be required to manage more than one branch.

Bi-lingual language is a plus.Experience: A minimum of 5-7 or more years' experience in a related position normally required.
