We're looking for an International Community Relations Manager to join our team!

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive community awareness and donor engagement plan to enhance relationships that support and advance Mosaic's mission. Lead international discovery trips for donors and staff. Developing a plan to engage and attract interest in Mosaic's mission and international program.

What YOU'LL Do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive development plan which includes building external partnerships and sharing stories of Mosaic's work to support and advance the mission
  • Lead 1-2 international discovery trips per year
  • Recruit and manage volunteer teams to support and advance Mosaic's mission.
  • Develop a plan to engage and attract interest in Mosaic's mission and international program
  • Organize mission focused fundraising events to establish and maintain relationships with foundations, businesses, churches, media, donors and other networking organizations to enhance awareness in the local community
  • Work with national office support staff to research, prepare and submit grant proposals and applications to funding sources
  • Collect data and maintain agency contact lists

What YOU'LL Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum four years of related experience in fundraising, public relations or related fields required.
  • Experience with grant writing and volunteer manager preferred.
  • A resourceful and solution-oriented mindset
  • Motivation to thrive in a dynamic and growing organization
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about your timelines, challenges and questions.
