Insight Global is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Flooring North America business within the global Compensation function. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and consultant, leading research and analysis related to compensation programs and structures. The role involves consulting on compensation policies and practices, collaborating with HR partners on compensation decisions, and ensuring the company's compensation structure remains competitive. The Senior Compensation Analyst will conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation programs by evaluating job roles, market conditions, and internal data. They will participate in salary surveys, benchmark positions, and make informed recommendations on salary adjustments. Additionally, they will prepare reports, conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, and provide compensation training to HR. The role also includes leading or contributing to special projects, such as pay equity studies and the implementation of new compensation tools or systems.
