This Senior Compensation and Benefits Partner opportunity is a long-term contract to hire with competitive pay. This position operates on a hybrid schedule with 2 days WFH. This Senior Compensation and Benefits Partner opportunity is moving fast don't wait to apply Senior Compensation and Benefits Partner Job Duties: Lead the development, communication and distribution of compensation programs including salary administration, annual salary increases, incentive programs and job leveling Lead the offer development process; including job leveling, benchmarking and FLSA analysis; provide offer recommendations ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity Analyze and monitor offer trends on actual compensation versus market range to ensure tie to our Compensation Philosophy Lead the annual administration of compensation program, including preparation of communication materials, job evaluation, compensation statements, cost/ budget analysis and modeling & reporting Senior Compensation and Benefits Partner Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree 5-8 years of progressive compensation experience 2-3 years of benefits/leave administration experience Education in Human Resources Management or Finance Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred Exec and/or Sales compensation experience preferred
