Your expertise and strategic mindset will be instrumental in growing our service portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and strengthening our brand presence in the market.We will count on you to:* Combine client acquisition, portfolio management, and relationship management: Your ability to balance business development efforts with nurturing existing client relationships will be crucial in driving growth, fostering long-term partnerships, and serving as a Relationship Manager for our clients. This multifaceted role will involve acquiring new clients, managing portfolios, and developing strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and drive business success.* Understand people practices: Your deep understanding of HR & organizational practices and industry dynamics will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of their workforce strategies.* Ensure the quality of our delivery: Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our solutions are of the highest quality, meeting and exceeding client expectations.* Understand data and set up clear KPIs: Your proficiency in data analysis and ability to derive meaningful insights will help you set up clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness of project delivery. These KPIs will inform decision-making and track the progress of our clients, driving continuous improvement and success in client delivery.* Foster collaboration and identify transformation opportunities: With your collaborative approach and strong relationship-building skills, you will actively listen to clients, engage in open dialogues, and identify opportunities for transformation in the areas of workforce, HR, and organizational transformation. By becoming a trusted partner in their initiatives, you will play a key role in identifying and facilitating their success.* Strengthen our brand and market positioning : Your thought leadership, market knowledge, and ability to tailor impactful solutions will contribute to enhancing our brand reputation and positioning in the competitive market.
