Responsibilities:
Administer desktop, mobile, and server systems connected to local and wide area networks, handling tasks such as account monitoring, security management, and operating system and system installation
Assist with operating system accreditation, suggest new or emerging technologies and software, and aid in troubleshooting and maintaining IT system infrastructure
Offer advice on automation solutions for complex information processing challenges and support enterprise software solutions to integrate various business areas
Mentor junior team members and provide them with technical guidance
Qualifications:
Must have a current Top Secret security clearance with a CI Polygraph
At least 12 years of experience in systems administration, with some of that experience gained in the past two years
Desired Education: Masters degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelors degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Masters degree.
Proficient in managing both desktop and mobile devices (iOS and Android)
Experienced in applying advanced system and network management practices within the Intelligence Community (IC)
Familiar with virtualization technologies, cloud services, and advanced security measures
Skilled in optimizing systems and troubleshooting complex problems
Knowledgeable about IC system architecture and capable of implementing and managing large-scale enterprise solutions
Experience in coding with HTML, JavaScript, and/or Python
Proficient in applying IC and DoD classification standards and procedures
Strong professionalism and communication skills are essential
Capable of clearly articulating complex issues in an organized and concise manner, both verbally and in writing, with excellent grammar
Able to work independently without supervision
Skilled in mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members
Proficient in using Microsoft 365
Adept at identifying subtle differences and resolving conflicting or inconsistent information
