Specifically, this position will provide support to the Navy Lift and IME service desk and user group, documenting the acknowledgement to resolution process system maintenance, outages and upgrades. Additionally, the Senior Computer Systems Analyst may provide support by installation, configuration, and maintenance of an organization's local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. Perform System monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Review System and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. May assist in network emulation/virtualization, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. This position will be a pivotal member in providing support to the Analytic Master Plan (AMP) Digital Platform (DP) and the Naval LIFT project manager. This position will support implementing and integrating capabilities within the Atlassian Suite (including, but not limited to Jira, Confluence, and Big Picture Enterprise), thus enabling end users to have ability to Ë look left' (review past analysis to develop new insights and refine hypothesis) and Ë look right' to understand how project plans are integrated in support of Navy's budget and force design schedules.Great Hill is seeking a Senior Computer Systems Analyst.
