- Writing and understanding Microsoft SQL. Writing SQL statements, stored procedures and views using industry best practices for security and efficiency.
- Working on database and code management, review and documentation.
- Creating, developing and managing internal procedures for various job functions
- Supporting district-based and cloud-based software, database structure and data.
- Research, recommend, and utilize up and coming technologies, such as AI and Power Platform, to improve current processes and provide information at a high level which can be expanded for detailed analysis.
- Maintain on-boarding and off-boarding procedures with staff member accounts in various platforms, including Active Directory.
- Student Information System administration
- Carrying out other duties as requested by management.

- Ability to use Microsoft Office especially Excel at an advanced level

- Ability to use Report Writer products to create custom reports for users
- Ability to use inductive reasoning.
- Ability to determine the interrelationships between solutions and requirements.
- Ability to communicate and market data administration concepts to management, staff and clients.
- Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma in computer science with course work in database management, information systems and business preferred.
- Professional certification in computer and/or database applications (SQL) preferred.
- Knowledge of public school district procedures and systems (Infinite Campus) preferred.
