#xa 0;Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to work with our talented Cost Management team. The team consults on a wide portfolio of large-scale (multi-billion dollar) construction management programs for our key, well-known clients, including Real Estate, Data Centers, High-Tech & Manufacturing, Infrastructure, etc. To be successful in this position you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role. Job Objectives: Lead the preparation of detailed, accurate cost estimates for projects in the pre-construction phase, including material take-offs, labor costs, and equipment costs. Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, including contingency and risk allowances. Utilize historical data, industry benchmarks, and market trends to inform cost projections and ensure accuracy.
