Senior Construction Litigation Associate

Our client, an AmLaw 150 firm, has asked us to find a strong senior litigation associate to focus on construction litigation in Cleveland. This is an UNPOSTED position and a great opportunity to join a busy and growing group.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years of law firm experience.
• Litigation experience required. Trial experience a plus.
• Construction litigation experience is not required, but candidate should be looking to focus.
• Competitive base compensation (starting around $280,000 - $340,000 DOE) & bonus structure (billable & discretionary).
• 1,900 billable hour target.
• Hybrid working model with 3 days in office.
• Licensed in Ohio or willingness to get licensed in Ohio.
• Relocations welcome.
