They are committed to excellence and are seeking a talented Senior Construction Manager to join their team in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX.As a Senior Construction Manager, you the individual responsible for overall construction site leadership. You will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure multiple projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be managing multiple large projects valued at $10,000,000 or higher. What will you be doing:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
What you will need:
- Previous experience managing construction projects valued at $10,000,000 or greater
- 5-10 years managing large construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience managing multiple large project simultaneously
- A desire to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to travel across the United States
