Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead luxury home construction projects in Austin, TX. As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage high-end residential builds and collaborate closely with our in-house teams to ensure the success of these one-of-a-kind projects. We are looking for a motivated leader with technical expertise, a passion for construction, and a commitment to maintaining quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction, from pre-construction planning through completion and post-occupancy review.
  • Ensure timely and effective management of project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and documentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site personnel, subcontractors, and inspectors.
  • Maintain close communication with clients, design partners, and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed.
  • Prepare and manage construction estimates, schedules, and financial reports.
  • Conduct value engineering and cost analysis, recommending improvements where possible.
  • Handle project documentation, including submittals, shop drawings, job logs, safety documentation, and permits.
  • Ensure a smooth project closeout, including warranties, materials, and post-construction reviews.
  • Participate in company initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to organizational growth.
  • Qualifications:

    • 7-10 years of experience in residential construction management, with at least 5 years managing high-end projects exceeding $5 million in value.
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a Master tradesman.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience building and managing teams.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
    • Proficiency in construction software (Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, Adobe Acrobat).
    • Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and contracts.
