Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead and manage federal Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects. This role involves full oversight of project planning, financial management, client relations, and team leadership. The SPM will play a key role in ensuring project success, operating with significant autonomy and responsibility as the CEO of their project site. This position is ideal for a strategic, results-driven leader with extensive experience in federal projects and a strong background in estimating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of JOC project execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely completion within budget.
- Financial Oversight: Conduct monthly financial and progress reviews with executive management, demonstrating a strong understanding of project financials and cost management.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project deliverables meet federal standards and client expectations.
- Team Coordination: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Estimating and Budgeting: Perform and oversee project estimating, ideally with proficiency in 4Clicks software, ensuring precise budgeting and effective resource allocation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements, implement best practices, and contribute to company-wide quality and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
- Federal JOC Experience: Extensive experience in federal JOC projects is essential.
- Estimating Skills: Proficiency in estimating requiered, preferable to have experince
- Stability in Work History: Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, showcasing a commitment to projects and employers.
- E4 Experience: Previous E4 experience is a plus
- Leadership & Communication: Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills, capable of leading teams and managing complex client relationships.
