We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Corporate Development team. As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for: Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Merger Diligence
    • Catalog systems architecture and landscape for incoming firms.
    • Assess system compatibility for incoming firms.
    • Plan for the integration of systems.
  • Post-Merger Integration
    • Establish and coordinate project workstream meetings to integrate systems into the firm's existing operating environment.
    • Drive the development of a scalable IT architecture tied to incoming firms.
    • Manage and execute data transfer activities.
    • Define, report, and action integration-related issues.
    • Deliver assigned projects on time.
  • Communicate with key internal and external stakeholders as required.
Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar field
  • 3 or more years' experience integrating large systems and applications.
  • Experience with Integration or the M&A Lifecyle
  • Experience as a Technology Delivery Consultant, Business IT Analyst, or related position.
  • Experience with Technology and 3rd Party Software Diligence
  • Preferred
  • Consulting or advisory experience
  • Experience with IT architecture, planning, etc.
  • Experience working with NetSuite.
  • Experience working with Wolters Kluwer products (CCH)
  • Experience with Smartsheets.
  • Integration or M&A Transaction 2+ Years
  • Enjoys problem solving and rapidly designing solutions and implementing them.
  • Wants to be a member of a team but thrives when empowered with responsibility.
  • Comfortable communicating to cross-functional leadership; and working constantly with new teams and groups.

For positions in New York and California, the salary range is $100,000 - $135,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
