Responsibilities:
As a Senior Consultant in our Advisory Services Practice, you will play a valued role on the team, with significant exposure to internal and client leadership. As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to:
Confidently Engage with Clients and Management
- Manage day-to-day interactions with executive-level clients and their stakeholders
- Coordinate with the project manager to sequence priorities and perform project work
- Coordinate with the REI Engagement Manager and other teammates informed on the progress of work, while escalating risks and issues
Proactively Lead Development of Communications Deliverables
- Be the primary author on multiple client-ready deliverables
- Take ownership of project deliverables, timelines, and requirements for assigned projects, workstreams, and tasks
- Manage work overall on multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, and tasks, ensuring that work meets deadlines, is at required quality levels, and achieves expected REI profitability targets
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and professionalism
- Excel in a team environment to deliver solutions that meet and exceed our clients needs
- Possess exceptional oral, presentation, and written communication skills
Effectively Manage Team Members and Their Work
- Support the Project Manager and REI Engagement Manager in project/task delivery
- Provide input toward performance reviews for team members
- Have a willingness to share information, and be coachable and open to feedback
Contribute to Organic Business Growth
- Contribute to organic growth and business development for ASP and support other REI business development initiatives
- Author sections of technical responses for proposals
Qualifications:
Required:
- 4 or more years of relevant communications experience
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Ability to obtain a Federal clearance
Preferred:
- A masters degree in a relevant field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Previous experience at a consulting firm
- Previous experience working at or with a federal or state government agency
Education: Bachelors degree in relevant field.
Clearance: US Citizenship required.
