Sodexo Schools Division is seeking dynamic, self-motivated, solutions/results driven Senior Consultant, Culinary Services for the San Jose Unified School District located in San Jose, CA. Our Senior Consultant, Culinary Services will be responsible for providing consultative/project management for the food and nutrition department within this school district.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in K-12 food service operations, food and labor cost controls, while also having proven success in driving customer results. The ability to articulate ideas, thoughts, opinions, professionally and clearly within all levels of the organization is critical. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

Integrate fully within our client's organization becoming a trusted adviser and member of the accounts leadership team

Achieve continuous improvement in customer satisfaction scores

Meeting (or exceeding) Sodexo standards of operations

If you have a passion for improving community service, leading and developing a proud team of professionals, and a desire to improve the quality of life of those you come in contact with then this is the right job for you. This contract requires the onsite professional to have a bachelor's degree with an academic major or concentration in food and nutrition, clinical nutrition, dietetics, family and consumer science or nutrition education. Master degree in the same fields of study is preferred.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 4 years' experience in management of school nutrition programs
