In this role, you would be joining an experienced business transformation team that enjoys partnering with business leaders in the retail industry to provide innovative, impactful, and practical solutions. We work across a variety of industries on solutions that support our clients strategy, decision making, and daily operations. **Responsibilities** Assists with various Business Transformation projects including (but not limited to): process or finance optimization, operations or performance improvement, business process improvement, change management, program or project management, data analytics, business analysis, system design, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Helps to identify, assess, and analyze business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Supports projects across the project lifecycle from current state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, and implementation across the organizational, process, technology and data dimensions Manages their own work while collaborating with the project lead Defines project strategy, goals, and deliverables that support client goals Develops and helps conduct effective meeting and interviews Provides project status to all stakeholders Excellent communication skills required must develop, implement, and maintain sources of project information, and communicate and distribute appropriate information to client and team members Identifies issues, risks, and project team conflicts and develops solutions for timely resolution Serve as counterpart to junior client resources Review status, manage schedules, monitor progress, and prepare status reports Assess and escalates project issues to leadership and suggests resolutions Develop process flows using standard flowcharting methodology in tools such as Microsoft Visio or Alteryx Create visually pleasing, client ready presentations, and project status updates using Microsoft PowerPoint Support CrossCountrys leadership team on internal projects, including but not limited to the following: sales/marketing initiatives, recruiting, training and organizational development **Travel** Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% Required Experience & Qualifications - 3+ years of relevant professional experience advising **retail** companies in one or more of the following areas: digital strategy, technology change, operations improvement, business process improvement, change management, program or project management, data analytics, robotic process automation (RPA)

- Prior Experience working with cross-functional teams in large-scale eCommerce platform implementations, mobile app development, and/or digital organizational change management.

- Prior experience in product management, release management, agile software development processes, and project management.

- Prior experience in professional services (management consulting firm) or equivalent industry experience Prior experience managing client and/or internal teams by guiding performance against objectives, creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, modeling leadership behaviors, and encouraging continuous improvement/innovation

Desired Experience & Qualifications - Project management experience, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies

- Experience working across all phases of designing, building and launching digital propositions-- from research & strategy to product development and beyond.

- User Experience (UX) Design and Research

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a big picture perspective

- Demonstrated track record of establishing credibility both internally and externally

- Passionate about building, developing, motivating, and leading others

- Creativity, confidence, and flexibility

- High energy, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit

**Certifications & Technical Experience Desired** - PMP, CSM or equivalent Project Management certification

- Knowledgeable of reporting/visualization software (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau), databases (e.g., SQL), and/or RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
