Our Transformation practice is growing, and we will bring on Sr. Consultants and Managers to support and lead the execution of strategic and operations consulting. As such, you will be involved in all aspects of the delivery of client services. You will help our clients with the implementation of their strategy to deliver high quality and more efficient capabilities to include process reengineering, analytics, and digitalization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists with the delivery of various Business Transformation projects including (but not limited to): functional optimization, operations or performance improvement, business process improvement, change management, program or product management, data analytics, business analysis, system design, testing, Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Conduct analyses of our client's business-related organizations, operating models, processes, applications, and infrastructure and formulate recommendations and roadmaps to improve our client's functions.
  • Delivers projects across the project lifecycle from current state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, testing, training, and implementation across the organizational, process, technology, and data dimensions.
  • Builds trusted relationships with clients, and work internally across Clarendon Partners advisory teams to help bring our clients the most comprehensive, end-to-end transformation services to effectively address their business challenges.
  • Opportunity to manage, mentor, and coach other consultants, and perform quality control reviews of staff work before delivery to client.
  • Enable change through a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 to 7 years of relevant client-facing experience advising commercial/private sector companies in one or more of the following areas: business function optimization, operations improvement, business process improvement, change management, program or product management, data analytics, testing, robotic process automation (RPA).
  • Prior experience in professional services (advisory or public accounting firm), management consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated experience using various project management methodologies to lead or support workstreams (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Business acumen with a strong understanding of accounting and business processes, as well as information systems.
  • Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence.
  • Intellectual curiosity, ambition, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business

PMP Certification preferred
