Senior ERP Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations)
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to achieve their goals!
- Work with customers, partners and other consultants to engineer D365 integration components Dynamics 365
- Configure D365 to meet customer needs
- Effectively demonstrate the capabilities of D365 F&O and lead workshops uncovering requirements
- Translate functional requirements to technical requirements while delivering an end-to-end solution
- Create and coach others on integration requirements and design documentation
- Manage timelines and keep projects on track working jointly with the assigned team members.
- Perform functional testing and lead testers to ensure they perform functional testing

Customer Facing Responsibilities
- F&O Optimization: Implement Microsoft-recommended best practices for improved performance and usability.
- Upgrade Support: Plan, test, and deploy F&O upgrades.
- User Training: Provide tailored training and resources to utilize F&O effectively and efficiently.
- System Customization: Implement and configure the F&O system to align with specific business needs.
- Troubleshooting Support: Deliver proactive monitoring and swift issue resolution to minimize operational impact.
- Strategic Advisory: Advise on leveraging F&O for process automation and analytics to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- D365 Finance and Operations: 2 years of experience
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, OR Computer Science
- Desire to leverage various applications and technical platforms
- enterprise architecture and integration experience
Additional Requirement:
- Candidate must be local to Overland Park, KS, or willing to relocate to the area.

- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation projects using industry enterprise architecture strategy solutions and middleware technologies
- Microsoft D365 F&O certifications
- Process automation, Business Intelligence (BI), Power Platform, Flow
- In depth knowledge with a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- ERPs experience SAP, Great Plains, Oracle, NetSuite, Intacct, JDE, PeopleSoft, EBS, Fusion, Blackbaud, or Epicor
- Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Azure
- scripting and data manipulation/management languages
- Coupa Experience, Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay, or Supply Chain knowledge
