This position will ensure Equity and Social Justice (ESJ) initiatives within the Metro department are aligned and integrated with King Countys pro-equity and anti-racism goals and approaches. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager II, the Sr. Continuous Improvement Specialist will work in partnership with divisions, department initiatives and programs, as well as employees across Metro to apply change management methodologies to improve business processes and transform workplace culture. A significant share of the position will be focused on designing and implementing new standard hiring practices across all Metro divisions with an equitable lens.
