The Opportunity

This position works out of our Livermore, CA office, in the Abbott Heart Failure, Acelis Connected Health business. Our Heart Failure solutions are helping address some of the World's greatest healthcare challenges.

As the Senior Contract Support Analyst, you'll have the chance to individually contribute by bringing a comprehensive knowledge in the specific area of commercial payor contract support by executing highly complex and specialized projects, applying precedent, while making significant departures from traditional approaches to develop insightful solutions where appropriate. The role provides the opportunity to support cross functional teams while contributing to the accessibility of Acelis services.

What You'll Work On

  • Well developed, advanced knowledge and skills for assisting in the commercial contract review process, including the implementation of contractual arrangements.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful outcomes effectively.
  • Provides monitoring and analysis of pre and post implemented contracts and payor performance and assists with remediation efforts as needed.
  • Completes complex analysis to support the development of new approaches for organization's pricing and assists with the development of strategies and plans.
  • Routinely interacts with payors to support contracting efforts, to establish and maintain strong and healthy payor relations, including but not limited to credentialing and re-credentialing activities on a routine basis.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (± 10 years related experience in field)
  • Strong analytic and effective problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and respond to competing high priority tasks effectively
  • Commercial payor contract review experience
  • Managed Medicare and managed Medicaid contract experience
  • Experience working for healthcare providers
  • Experience working for a commercial healthcare payors
  • Salesforce, advanced Excel Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree (± 10 years related experience in field)
  • Xifin, Power BI, Power Point Professional, SQL

The base pay for this position is $83,600.00 – $167,200.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
