Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Controls Specialist for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Pembine, WI.This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k! Plus, benefits start on the first day of hire!Salary is between $90,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience)The Senior Controls Specialist who will be responsible for electrical safety and training, serve as a key problem solver for the plant's control systems, and act as a lead for other instrumentation and electrical personnelResponsibilities:Manage records regarding all system software changes and communicate any change to affected employees.Perform analysis, detailed design (including documentation), capital request preparation, installation, start-up/checkout/debugging, and cost control of assigned projects.Provide technical expertise in support of capital projects, process evaluation, and equipment modification.Participate in process improvement efforts in support of plant goals.Monitor plant systems, analyze performance, and initiate action for optimization to achieve plant goals for safety, productivity, and cost effectiveness.Maintain all logic and PLC programs, install switches, and perform maintenance on the network as needed.Manage records regarding all system software changes and communicate any changes to affected employees.Manage contractors and maintenance staff during project installations.Create electrical training programs for electrical, instrument, and mechanical teams to stay abreast of federal, state and local regulations.Partner with plant management to develop the five-year capital planning and the annual electrical operating budget.Qualifications:Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.5 + years of demonstrated experience in an industrial continuous process atmosphere.5+ years of demonstrated process control experience in defining, designing, installing and maintaining control logic systems and equipment.Willingness to assume roles of team leader and team member when necessary.Advanced demonstrated communication skills.If you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!INDH
