Prepares quantities of food, insures that serving lines are set up, adheres to all state guidelines concerning food safety and proper handling procedures and cleans assigned areas. Prepares weekly and monthly food reports, insures leftover foods are stored safely. Directs work of students who are assigned to the serving line. Ability to plan, organize, food preparation and cooking activities. Excellent customer service skills, and oral and written communication in English.
