Leveraged Finance Counsel - New York

Our client is a premier, highly-regarded law firm seeking Counsel Level attorneys for its market-leading Leveraged Finance Practice Coup in New York. The salary range for this position is between $525k to $700k.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate law work, with substantial experience in capital markets and/or bank lending transactions.
• Experience in acquisition finance and related commitment processes.
• Strong academic credentials required.
• New York bar admission is also required.
• Excellent client-interfacing skills; team focused.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
