Senior Trainer – Full Time
Location: Syracuse or Utica
Salary Range: $68K-$78K
Travel: Required between Syracuse and Utica as needed
About the Role:
Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Senior Trainer, where you'll lead the design and delivery of impactful training programs for our employees. You'll develop and facilitate both in-person and online training sessions, using your expertise to support the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver effective training programs utilizing ADDIE instructional design principles.
- Facilitate leadership and management development workshops, both in-person and virtually.
- Develop eLearning content and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Mentor and guide Training Specialists, ensuring high-quality training delivery.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in training and facilitating for adult learners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Articulate 360.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Articulate 360 and similar training tools.
