About the team + roleRobinhood is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to lead all aspects of and manage creative operations across our marketing, production and creative workflows. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Ops this role ensures that all creative resourcing, hiring, budgets, and timelines are on track to keep the marketing, creative and production departments running efficiently. This position requires someone with the experience and ability to field requests from cross-functional teams, build processes and foundations from the ground up, and manage priorities and bandwidth to optimize resourcing to support a growing marketing team.
This person has a passion for and focus on operational structure, procedures and team collaboration. Ideal candidates should have project management experience at an external creative agency or in-house creative team using modern project management tools like Wrike.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
