Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive client success:
  • Utilize data, research, and creative insights to inform strategy.
  • Analyze advertising data from platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Conduct consumer, product, and competitor research.
  • Collaborate with production teams to produce engaging video and static image ads.
  • Write scripts and copy that align with the overall creative strategy.
  • Provide and implement feedback to refine creative outputs.
  • Continuously analyze results from creative tests and iterate on strategies to improve performance.

Weekly strategic account planning:

  • Take responsibility for the strategic planning of 1-3 client accounts.
  • Identify top-performing concepts using data-driven insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on effective trends and concepts within the social media ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or direct response advertising.
  • Proven track record in creating social media digital ads, especially in beauty, fashion, or wellness.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Hands-on experience with ad management platforms like FB Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube, or Snapchat.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Location:

  • Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) – The role offers a blend of in-office and remote work flexibility, with in-person collaboration 1-2 days per week.

Compensation and benefits:

  • The expected range of starting pay for this role is $100,000 – $115,000 annually plus a great bonus!
