Job Responsibilities
- Service taxi drivers at a walk-up window (9am to 6pm M-F)
- Log customer visits in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Identify service request trends and proactively seek solutions
- Become a Subject Matter Expert in operations
- Take on new projects as directed
