We are seeking a dynamic, Bengali and English professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Service Representative.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in Bengali and English (mandatory)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis
  • Face-to-face customer service experience
  • Relationship building skills with co-workers and customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Responsibilities

  • Service taxi drivers at a walk-up window (9am to 6pm M-F)
  • Log customer visits in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Work efficiently under pressure
  • Identify service request trends and proactively seek solutions
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert in operations
  • Take on new projects as directed
