Senior Cyber Program Analyst
Responsibilities:
Analyzes program activities such as acquisition cost, schedule, and performance for the Army Metering Program (AMP) supporting the Army Materiel Command (AMC)
- Monitor program performance and provides status information
- Schedule briefings and meetings and manages program files
- Researches, plans, analyzes and organizes technical and/or statistical information and develop data for use in briefings, publications and reports
- Prepare program documents and correspondence such as project authorization documents, action memos, waivers
- Display working knowledge of related government policies, directives, and regulations
- Maintain and/or provide assistance with administrative and tracking systems and assist in the design and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases
- Collect and coordinate arrangements for the distribution of materials to government stakeholders
- Recommends statistical formats for reports, ensuring consistency with government standards
- Plan, schedule and execute special activities as required, lead working groups, capture meeting minutes, and any work action items
- May provide leadership to lower-level project/program support employees
- Develop .CSV files to submit to Meter Data Management System
- Will require some travel @ 5%
Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance
- B.S. Degree and 8+ years of experience, M.S. and 4+ years of experience, or Associates and 12+ years of experience
- Knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages must have .CSV file generation experience
- Demonstrated Action Officer experience preferred
