Deposco is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team! The Senior Data Analyst position will analyze sales, marketing, financial, development and any other relevant data types to support company programs, objectives and strategies. This is an analytical role which will work alongside company leadership to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and facilitating informed decision-making at the executive level. The role demands passion, creativity, attention-to-detail, and working knowledge of ETL, visualization best practices, ability to write MySQL or SQL queries and an ability to transform data to insights.WHAT YOU'LL DOPerform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making.Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and data within Deposco and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.Identify potential opportunities for external data sources and build business cases through working with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project managers to complete data evaluations, data testing and recommendations.Develop dashboards that translate data and insights into visuals and narratives that are easy to understand, can impact decisions, and drive business goals.Participate in the development and expansion of our BI platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and manage DOMO cards, dashboards and databases.Reside in Georgia. We are not currently relocating for this position.QUALIFICATIONSStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in SQL is preferred.5+ years data analytics and dashboarding experience preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, MIS, Computer Science or other related field of study or equivalent work experience.Understanding of foundational statistical concepts and methods.Comfort with working autonomously while also collaborating across business groups.PERKSBe part of an energetic team that is serious about delivering software to customers and cultivating our culture.
