Senior / Data AnalystWe are looking for an individual with a background in data analysis to be part of the Quality, Innovation and Improvement team, Information Network (IN) section. IN is a platform for the development of strategic and tactical plans to support the effective and efficient use of information in JurongHealth Campus (JHC) for better decision-making; and improving standards of care and safety. It aims to raise the overall standard of information use, data management and analytics capabilities in JHC.ResponsibilitiesInformation Network Secretariat (50%)Support the smooth running of the IN annual plans, meetings and action items.Data Management, Analysis and Visualisation (50%)To take requirements from users to address information needs from IT systems.To extract data from IT and Electronic Medical Record Systems such as Epic.To create automated reports and dashboards for data tracking.To do basic data analysis; and create run charts / statistical process control charts.Participate in advanced analytics projects where applicable.And any other assignments as tasked by Reporting Officer and Head of Department.RequirementsGood Postgraduate/Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Math, Health Economics, Public Health or equivalent.Strong technical background and expertise in the areas of statistical analysis, data management and data visualisation.Proficient in analytics and visualisation tools such as Python, Tableau and/or R.Excellent project management and organisational skills.Good problem-solving skills.Good written and oral communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
