Growing and innovative specialty insurance company has an immediate need for a Senior Data Scientist on a direct hire basis. This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced data science projects and solutions using various data analytics tools, technologies, and machine learning models. Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science
• Proficient in building and deploying machine learning models
• Expertise with natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning
• Experience with big data technologies, data pipelines, Python, R and SQL
• Knowledge of, or desire to be involved with designing generative AI projects and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) models
• Experience with Databricks (nice to have)
