Job Description:
In this role you will be responsible for all aspects related to the architectural, design and construction processes of opening new Sollis Health centers across the nation. As a member of the Expansion Team, you will directly manage the comprehensive project from pre-design and design phases, through construction administration, opening and close-out. Hybrid role in NYC or LA Responsibilities:
  • Manage design & construction of projects with a typical range in size from 3,000-6,000 SF. Draw upon architectural and construction expertise and provide direction to internal and external teams to execute well designed operationally successful on-brand projects.
  • Prepare RFPs for design, engineering and specialty consultants and manage them throughout the projects.
  • Review consultant, vendor and contractor design submissions, shop drawings, documents and associated deliverables and engage internal and external teams where appropriate. Ensure programmatic, medical operations, brand, and design requirements are met or exceeded. Coordinate design and construction activities required for new facility build-outs and existing facility renovations.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking applications for schedule, budget, deliverables, tasks, etc.
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external team meetings, track action items, and administer follow up. Identify issues and engage the appropriate external and internal stakeholders for resolution.
  • Perform construction site visits and prepare reports to ensure quality and compliance with the project and Sollis Health standards.
  • Contribute with creating and maintaining project schedules, budgets and cost estimates, and approving payment applications & invoices.
  • Perform intermediate and punch list walk-throughs, and ensure the project is on track to turnover to operations pre-opening.
  • Lead project close-out activities including collecting as-built drawings, warranties, and other documentation.
  • Oversee warranty compliance post-opening.
  • Contribute to architectural and design standards development.
  • Communicate and present relevant project information and updates to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Identify critical issues, milestones, and ensure follow-through to achieve project schedule and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with the Expansion Team and other internal stakeholder groups, external consultants and vendors as necessitated by the project.
  • Manage and update an expansion playbook that will be used for future expansion efforts around the U.S.
  • Travel will be required to various locations throughout the U.S. (up to 40%).

Experience We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or significant working experience in architecture, engineering, or related required.
  • 5 -10 years of applicable architectural project management. Supplemental construction management experience preferred.
  • 5+ years in healthcare architectural design required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare design and construction required.
  • Revit and Microsoft Office experience required
  • Experience in X-ray and CT scan placement and equipment parameters, strong plus.
  • Bluebeam Revu, Smartsheet, Sketchup, and other software tools, strong plus.

Comp & Benefits: Range: $140,000-$165,000 per year This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position nationally. Sollis Health is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location.
