Full Job DescriptionSenior Designer / Art Director - Annual Report CoverPosition OverviewWe are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Designer / Art Director to lead the design of our Annual Report Cover. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a visually compelling cover that reflects our brand identity and engages our stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the conceptual and visual design of the Annual Report Cover.Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align design with overall messaging and brand strategy.Create design mockups and present creative concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.Manage the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to timelines and budgets.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design or art direction, preferably in corporate communications or marketing.Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in print and branding.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
