JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Designer will work on multiple projects simultaneously. The Senior Designer will undertake research, ideation and production to meet client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Creating materials by hand or use technology and creative software suites to generate illustrations, layouts and designs
· Oversee design projects, from conception to production
· Design original pieces, including illustrations and info graphics
· Generate ideas to portray concepts
· Actively participate in internal creative brainstorming sessions
· Participate in client meetings and present concepts and design work
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
· Proficient in design software (e.g. Artios, InDesign and Balsamiq)
· Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
· Ability to work as part of a team and independently
· Artistic skills
· Capable of planning a strategy in relation to client needs
· Analytical skills
COMPUTER SKILLS
· Familiarity with relevant computer software and hardware programs
· Experience working with various operating systems
· Has advanced specialized computer skills that require mastery of applicable software:
· Artios Software a plus
· CAD
· Amtech
· Smart Plan
