Sr. Developer This position is Remote, Washington D.C. Must be able to go into the client location in Washington D.C. when needed. If you have an interest in seeing the Government increase its technology adoption, being trained to be successful in deploying RPA, ML, and other emerging technologies, and are an ambitious self-starter - this may be the right job for you. The Sr Developer is a mid-level role supporting digital transformation efforts for our federal client. It requires engagement delivery excellence, professional customer engagement, and the ability to self-start. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Sr Developer: $120,000 – $170,000 annually Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Sr Developer Responsibilities Include: Applying Lean Automation methodology in engagements with Federal clients to assist in the development of excellent deliverables and the achievement of client outcomes. Serving as a developer in robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, business process transformation, intelligent automation, and other emerging technologies. Conducting data manipulation, transformation, and analysis tasks on data for clients in the Federal Government sector. Employing scientific and engineering principles to create management dashboards to monitor operational data for client KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive digital transformation solutions. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Sr Developer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: UiPath and RPA development experience IRS Security Clearance (MBI) must be able to obtain. 5 years of experience in any of the following: C, C++, C#, Objective C, Java, SQL, Python, JavaScript, Visual Basic BS studies in Engineering (Electrical, Biomedical, Software, Data Science), Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field Demonstrated experience gathering client requirements. Demonstrated experience working with innovative technologies.
